Wind Turbine Technician (Electrical)

The Wind Turbine Technician is a key role within the business and we are looking for a talented and highly motivated individual to fill the position.  The ideal candidate will be able to show a successful track record in electrical engineering within a multi-million pound operations and maintenance business.

In this role you will be working in the operations and maintenance team and be responsible for the service and maintenance of small and medium wind turbines. Ideally you will have either an electrical background and have worked on both planned and reactive maintenance programs. Due to the fast pace of the business there will be times when you will be required to assist in other areas of the operations process and also work away from home from time to time.

The renewable sector is growing rapidly and this role gives the right candidate the opportunity to get involved in a young rapidly growing company that will reward success well.

Job specification – Wind turbine technician

• Experience in Electrical Engineering.
• Electrically qualified.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment of a small company while ensuring that all regulatory processes are followed properly.
